47(1)Every person who fails to give any notice, or to furnish any statement, certificate or particulars required under or pursuant to this Act, within the time limited by this Act, commits an offence.

47(2)Where more than one person is required to give any notice, to register or to furnish any statement, certificate or particulars required under this Act and the duty is carried out by any of such persons, the other persons are not liable.
