25Where a child born in the Province is adopted pursuant to the laws of the Province or of another jurisdiction and a new registration has been made pursuant to section 22, any certificate of birth of that child subsequently issued by the Registrar General
(a)
shall be in accordance with the new registration, and
(b)
in any case where parentage is shown, shall indicate the legal parents in accordance with Part 6 of the Child and Youth Well-Being Act or section 42 of the Intercountry Adoption Act,
and except as is necessary to conform to an adoption order, nothing shall appear on any certificate issued by the Registrar General that would disclose that the child is an adopted child.
25Where a child born in the Province is adopted pursuant to the laws of the Province or of another jurisdiction and a new registration has been made pursuant to section 22, any certificate of birth of that child subsequently issued by the Registrar General
(a)
shall be in accordance with the new registration, and
(b)
in any case where parentage is shown, shall indicate the legal parents in accordance with Part V of the Family Services Act or section 42 of the Intercountry Adoption Act,
and except as is necessary to conform to an adoption order, nothing shall appear on any certificate issued by the Registrar General that would disclose that the child is an adopted child.
25Where a child born in the Province is adopted pursuant to the laws of the Province or of another jurisdiction and a new registration has been made pursuant to section 22, any certificate of birth of that child subsequently issued by the Registrar General
(a)
shall be in accordance with the new registration, and
(b)
in any case where parentage is shown, shall indicate the legal parents in accordance with the Part V of the Family Services Act,
and except as is necessary to conform to an adoption order, nothing shall appear on any certificate issued by the Registrar General that would disclose that the child is an adopted child.
