Organization of Board
3(1)The Board shall consist of 16 members.
3(2)Two members shall be elected from each of the following districts: 
(a) District 1: the parishes of Westfield, Greenwich, Petersville, Musquash and The City of Saint John;
(b) District 2: the parishes of Kingston, Hampton, Upham, Saint Martins, Rothesay and Simonds;
(c) District 3: the parishes of Johnston, Wickham, Norton, Springfield, Hampstead and Kars;
(d) District 4: the parishes of Canning, Waterborough, Cambridge, Chipman and Gagetown; and
(e) District 7: the parishes of Harvey, Hillsborough, Hopewell and Alma.
3(3)Three members shall be elected from each of the following districts: 
(a) District 5: the parishes of Havelock, Coverdale, Elgin, Salisbury and Brunswick; and
(b) District 6: the parishes of Cardwell, Studholm, Sussex, Hammond and Waterford.

(b) District 2, the parish of Canning;
(c) District 3, the parish of Waterborough;
(d) District 4, the parish of Cambridge;
(e) District 5, the parish of Chipman;
(f) District 6, the parish of Wickham;
(g) District 7, the parish of Kingston;
(h) District 8, the parish of Hampton;
(i) District 9, the parish of Westfield;
(j) District 10, the parish of Cardwell;
(k) District 11, the parish of Greenwich;
(l) District 12, the parish of Havelock;
(m) District 13, the parish of Norton;
(n) District 14, the parish of Springfield;
(o) District 15, the parish of Studholm;
(p) District 16, the parish of Sussex;
(q) District 17, the parish of Upham;
(r) District 18, the parish of Saint Martins;
(s) District 19, the parish of Coverdale;
(t) District 20, the parish of Elgin;

(v) District 22, the parish of Hillsborough;
(w) District 23, the parish of Hopewell; and
(x) District 24, the parish of Salisbury.
3(3)One member shall be elected from each of the following districts:
(a) District 25, the parish of Petersville;
(b) District 26, the parish of Gagetown;
(c) District 27, the parish of Hampstead;
(d) District 28, the parish of Brunswick;
(e) District 29, the parish of Rothesay;
(f) District 30, the parish of Hammond;
(g) District 31, the parish of Kars;
(h) District 32, the parish of Waterford;
(i) District 33, the parish of Musquash;
(j) District 34, The City of Saint John;
(k) District 35, the parish of Simonds; and
(l) District 36, the parish of Alma.

(f) District 30, the parish of Hammond;
(g) District 31, the parish of Kars;
(h) District 32, the parish of Waterford;
(i) District 33, the parish of Musquash;
(j) District 34, The City of Saint John;
(k) District 35, the parish of Simonds; and
(l) District 36, the parish of Alma.
3(4)Where 2 members are to be elected from the same district, the election of the members shall be staggered so that one member is elected the year after the other member is elected.
