Work or development on property owned by the Crown
94No person shall be exempt from compliance with this Act, the regulations or a by-law made under this Act, an order or demand made under this Act or the terms and conditions imposed under any of them, a decision of a heritage board or heritage officer or a decision of the Appeal Board, by reason only of the fact that the land, building or structure in respect of which he or she undertakes work or development is owned by the Crown.
