Amendment of Class 3 licence
16.72On application in accordance with the regulations, the Registrar may amend a Class 3 licence in relation to
(a)
the species of fish permitted to be processed under the licence,
(b)
the terms and conditions of the licence, or
(c)
any other grounds prescribed by regulation.
