Activities carried on or authorized by the Minister
14The Minister may carry on, or authorize another person to carry on, activities within a protected natural area, including activities that would otherwise be prohibited under section 11 or 12, for
(a)
the protection, conservation and management of a protected natural area or any portion of a protected natural area,
(b)
the protection, rehabilitation, recovery or restoration of an ecosystem within a protected natural area,
(c)
the protection of forests and other natural resources against fire, insects or disease, or
(d)
the health and welfare of fauna or the health of flora.
