Composition of Council
5
The Council is composed of 7 members appointed by the Minister as follows:
(
a
)
two persons who are registered as midwives in a province or territory of Canada;
(
b
)
one person who is a member of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of New Brunswick;
(
c
)
one person who is a member of the Nurses Association of New Brunswick;
(
d
)
one person who is a member of the New Brunswick College of Pharmacists;
(
e
)
one person who is an employee in the Department of Health; and
(
f
)
one lay person who has never practiced midwifery.
