Application for registration
21Subject to the requirements of this Act and the regulations, an applicant is entitled to have his or her name entered in the appropriate part of the register if the applicant provides the Registrar with such evidence as may be required to establish that the applicant
(a)
holds a baccalaureate degree from a Canadian university midwifery education program, or
(b)
has educational qualifications equivalent to the degree referred to in paragraph (
a).
