Powers of Cabinet or Minister to expropriate

The Lieutenant-Governor in council or a Minister of the Crown may expropriate where he considers it desirable for establishing or carrying out
(
a
)
any work or enterprise that he considers to be in the public interest;
(
b
)
any public purpose, or
(
c
)
any commercial, industrial or utility purpose.
