Power of Minister respecting wasteful cutting practices
68.1Where, in the opinion of the Minister, a licensee, sub-licensee or permittee is in contravention of a regulation prohibiting or regulating wasteful cutting practices, he may
(a)
impose a penalty as set out in the regulation,
(b)
order the licensee, sub-licensee or permittee to remedy the contravention to the satisfaction of the Minister, or
(c)
order the licensee, sub-licensee or permittee to cease a harvesting operation.
