5(1)If a person has reason to believe that another person died in any of the circumstances mentioned in section 4, no person shall embalm, cremate, apply any chemical externally or internally to, or make any alteration of any kind to the body of the deceased or remove any part from the body of the deceased for the purposes of the
Human Tissue Gift Act until a coroner so directs.
