262.082(1)An employer shall maintain a training record for each employee who has completed the training program referred to in section 262.081 containing the following information: Â
(a)
the name of the employee;
(b)
the name of the competent person who provided the training; and
(c)
the date on which the training took place.
262.082(2)An employer shall ensure the training record for each employee is made available to an officer on request.
