4Notwithstanding section 3, the entitled dental services available to social assistance beneficiaries and dependents who are eighteen years of age or older and who are not in receipt of social assistance benefits as a blind or disabled person under the Family Income Security Act or are not children or youth under the Minister's care as defined in the Child and Youth Well-Being Act shall be limited to
(a) diagnostic services;
(b) emergency services;
(c) prosthetic services; and
(d) restorative services.

4Notwithstanding section 3, the entitled dental services available to social assistance beneficiaries and dependents who are eighteen years of age or older and who are not in receipt of social assistance benefits as a blind or disabled person under the Family Income Security Act or are not children in care under the Family Services Act shall be limited to
(a) diagnostic services;
(b) emergency services;
(c) prosthetic services; and
(d) restorative services.
