18The Director shall provide to the professional or trade association representing a group of suppliers any requested relevant information with respect to the payment of their accounts under this Regulation provided that
(a)
the Director may charge an amount to cover the cost of supplying the information, and
(b)
no information shall be communicated which would disclose an individual account or cause a violation of section 6 of the Act.
18The Director shall provide to the professional or trade association representing a group of suppliers any requested relevant information with respect to the payment of their accounts under this Regulation provided that

the Director may charge an amount to cover the cost of supplying the information, and
(b)
no information shall be communicated which would disclose an individual account or cause a violation of section 8 of the Act.
