An Act to Amend the
Plumbing Installation and
Inspection Act
Assented to June 10, 2022
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:
1Subsection 10(1) of the Plumbing Installation and Inspection Act, chapter 126 of the Revised Statutes, 2014, is repealed and the following is substituted: 
10(1)A by-law made under this Act has no effect until approved by the Minister.
