An Act to Amend the
Regulatory Accountability and Reporting Act
Assented to June 11, 2021
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:
1Section 9 of the Regulatory Accountability and Reporting Act, chapter 11 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2016, is amended by striking out “fifth anniversary” and substituting “tenth anniversary”.
