An Act to Amend the
New Brunswick Internal Services Agency Act
Assented to May 21, 2014
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:
1Section 5 of the New Brunswick Internal Services Agency Act, chapter N-6.005 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2010, is amended by adding after subsection (2) the following:
5(3)The Agency may collect personal information in connection with the services provided by the Agency under a contract, partnership or agreement entered into under subsection (2) or under a contract assumed under that subsection.
2This Act shall be deemed to have come into force on January 13, 2014.
