An Act to Amend the
Mental Health Services Act
Assented to May 21, 2014
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:
1Subsection 5(1) of the Mental Health Services Act, chapter 190 of the Revised Statutes, 2011, is amended
(a) in paragraph (a) by striking out “seven” and substituting “nine”;
(b) in paragraph (b) by striking out “seven” and substituting “five”.
