An Act to Amend the
Fish and Wildlife Act
Assented to December 13, 2013
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:
1Subsection 1(1) of the Fish and Wildlife Act, chapter F-14.1 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1980, is amended in the definition “resident”
(a) in paragraph (e) by striking out “or” at the end of the paragraph;
(b) in paragraph (f) of the English version by adding “or” at the end of the paragraph;
(c) by adding after paragraph (f) the following :
(g) a person who was born in the Province and who is a member of the Canadian Forces or the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
