1Paragraph 3(1)(a.061) of New Brunswick Regulation 91-50 under the Provincial Offences Procedure Act is amended by striking out “paragraph 3(a) or (b)” and substituting “paragraph 3(1)(a) or (b)”.
2Schedule A of the Regulation is amended in the portion for New Brunswick Regulation 81-58 under the Fish and Wildlife Act
by striking out
3(a)
failing to wear a hunter orange hat
3(b)
failing to wear a hunter orange vest
and substituting: 
3(1)(a)
failing to wear a solid hunter orange hat
3(1)(b)
failing to wear a solid hunter orange or a camouflage blaze orange exterior garment above the waist
