1The heading “ANNUAL ADJUSTMENT FOR ONE PERSON UNITS” preceding section 17.1 of New Brunswick Regulation 95-61 under the Family Income Security Act is amended by striking out “FOR ONE PERSON UNITS”.
2Subsection 17.1(1) of the Regulation is repealed and the following is substituted: 
17.1(1)The maximum amount of assistance that may be provided shall be adjusted on April 1 of each year by the percentage change in the Consumer Price Index between the calendar year immediately before the date of adjustment and the calendar year two years before the date of adjustment.
3Schedule A of the Regulation is repealed and the attached Schedule A is substituted.
4This Regulation comes into force on August 1, 2021.
