REGULATION 2021-48

Municipalities Act

1Section 48 of New Brunswick Regulation 85-6 under the Municipalities Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
48(1)The village called Centreville is continued and the name of the village is Centreville.
48(2)A portion of the local service district of the parish of Wicklow and a portion of the local service district of the parish of Wilmot, being areas contiguous to Centreville, are annexed to Centreville and the new territorial limits of Centreville are shown on the plan attached as Schedule 48(2).
48(3)The effective date of the annexation is June 25, 2021.
48(4)The inhabitants of the areas referred to in subsection (2) continue as Centreville.
2The Regulation is amended by adding the attached Schedule 48(2) in numerical order.
3This Order comes into force on June 25, 2021.
