1Subsection 4(3) of New Brunswick Regulation 2008-15 under the Support Enforcement Act is amended in the portion preceding paragraph (a) by striking out “garnishee” and substituting “income source”.
2Section 18 of the Regulation is amended
(a) in subparagraph (1)(c)(i) by striking out “garnishee” and substituting “income source”;
(b) in subparagraph (2)(a)(i) by striking out “garnishee” and substituting “income source”;
(c) in subsection (3) by striking out “garnishee” and substituting “income source”;
(d) in subsection (4) by striking out “garnishee” and substituting “income source”.
3Form 6 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “This payment order has priority over any assignment of wages, garnishment order, attaching order or execution whenever made” and substituting “This payment order has priority over any assignment of wages, any seizure under the Enforcement of Money Judgments Act, or any other execution, whenever made,”.
4Form 7 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “This payment order has priority over any garnishment order, attaching order or execution whenever made” and substituting “This payment order has priority over any seizure under the Enforcement of Money Judgments Act, or any other execution, whenever made,”.
5This Regulation comes into force on December 1, 2019.
