REGULATION 2019-11

Municipalities Act

1Section 15 of New Brunswick Regulation 84-168 under the Municipalities Act is amended
(a) in paragraph (j) by striking out “St.-Jean Baptiste-de-Restigouche, Menneval” and substituing “St. Jean Baptiste – Menneval”;
(b) by repealing paragraph (s).
2Section 15.1 of the Regulation is amended
(a) by repealing paragraph (b);
(b) in paragraph (d) by striking out the “and” at the end of the paragraph;
(c) in paragraph (e) by striking out the period at the end of the paragraph and substituting “; and”;
(d) by adding after paragraph (e) the following: 
(f) that area of Restigouche County known as St. Jean Baptiste – Menneval in the Parish of Eldon, as shown on the attached Schedule 15.1(f) for fire protection and street lighting;
3The Regulation is amended by adding the attached Schedule 15.1(f) in numerical order.
4This Regulation comes into force on June 1, 2019.
