REGULATION 2015-50

Natural Products Act

1Section 2 of New Brunswick Regulation 2003-71 under the Natural Products Act is amended by repealing the definition “Board” and substituting the following:
“Board” means the Egg Farmers of New Brunswick;(Office)
2Section 16 of the Regulation is repealed and the following is substituted:
16The chairman, vice-chairman and secretary-manager of the New Brunswick Egg Producers immediately before the commencement of this Regulation shall continue as the chair, vice-chair and secretary-manager of the Egg Farmers of New Brunswick as if they had been elected or appointed, as the case may be, under the by-laws of the Board, until they are re-elected, reappointed or replaced, as the case may be.
3This Regulation comes into force on October 1, 2015.
