1Section 14 of New Brunswick Regulation 2014-27 under the Prescription and Catastrophic Drug Insurance Act is amended by adding after subsection (9) the following:
14(10)Nothing in this section prevents a participating provider from refunding a member of the Plan the amount, or a portion of the amount, referred to in subsection (7), (8) or (9).
2Paragraph 21(1)(h) of the Regulation is repealed and the following is substituted:
(h) the amount of the co-payment under subsection 14(7), (8) or (9);
