1Section 11 of New Brunswick Regulation 84-20 under the Medical Services Payment Act is amended
(a) by repealing paragraph (2.1)(j) and substituting the following:
(j) the name of the transferring or referring
(i) medical practitioner,
(ii) oral and maxillofacial surgeon,
(iii) nurse practitioner,
(iv) optometrist,
(v) dental practitioner,
(vi) registered nurse who works in a preoperative clinic or within the Colorectal Cancer Screening Program or who is a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner, or
(vii) registered nurse, social worker, psychologist or occupational therapist who is a member of a mobile crisis response team with respect to mental health or of a multidisciplinary team in a mental health clinic;
(b) by repealing paragraph (2.2)(h) and substituting the following:
(h) the number of the transferring or referring
(i) medical practitioner,
(ii) oral and maxillofacial surgeon,
(iii) nurse practitioner,
(iv) optometrist,
(v) dental practitioner,
(vi) registered nurse who works in a preoperative clinic or within the Colorectal Cancer Screening Program or who is a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner, or
(vii) registered nurse, social worker, psychologist or occupational therapist who is a member of a mobile crisis response team with respect to mental health or of a multidisciplinary team in a mental health clinic;
