1Section 27 of New Brunswick Regulation 85-6 under the Municipalities Act is amended
(a) by repealing subsection (2) and substituting the following:
27(2)A portion of the local service district of Pointe-du-Chêne, being an area contiguous to Shediac, is annexed to Shediac and the new territorial limits of Shediac are shown on the plan attached as Schedule 27(2).
(b) by repealing subsection (3) and substituting the following:
27(3)The effective date of the annexation is July 1, 2014.
2The Regulation is amended by repealing Schedule 27(2) and substituting the attached Schedule 27(2).
3This Order comes into force on July 1, 2014.
