NEW BRUNSWICK
REGULATION 2013-5
under the
Clean Environment Act
(O.C. 2012-339A)

Section 2 of New Brunswick Regulation 2002-19 under the Clean Environment Act is amended
(
a
)
by repealing the following definitions:
(i
)
“industrial vendor”;
(ii
)
“return facility”;
(iii
)
“vendor”;
(
b
)
by repealing the definition “receiver” and substituting the following:
“receiver”
means a person who is required to hold and holds an approval under the
Water Quality Regulation
or the
Air Quality Regulation
because the person takes possession of used oil from generators or carriers, and includes an employee of such a person;
(receveur)
(
c
)
in the French version in the definition « véhicule à moteur » by striking out the semicolon at the end and replacing it with a period,
(
d
)
in the definition “generator” by striking out “or indirectly as a vendor of oil”.

Section 5 of the Regulation is repealed.

Section 6 of the Regulation is repealed.
