Under section 56 of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Board, makes the following Regulation:
Citation
1This Regulation may be cited as the Fees and Rates at the Village Historique Acadien Regulation - Financial Administration Act.
Admission to the Village Historique Acadien
2(1)The fees for a single-day entry pass for the Village Historique Acadien are as follows:
(a) for youths 6 to 18 years of age and students 19 years of age and over with student cards,
(i) $15.50 per person, from the opening date until the third Sunday in September, and
(ii) $7.50 per person, from the third Monday in September until the closing date;
(b) for adults 19 to 64 years of age,
(i) $17.50 per person, from the opening date until the third Sunday in September, and
(ii) $9 per person, from the third Monday in September until the closing date;
(c) for adults 65 years of age and over,
(i) $15.50 per person, from the opening date until the third Sunday in September, and
(ii) $7.50 per person, from the third Monday in September until the closing date;
(d) for a group of 15 persons or more,
(i) $5 per person for youths 6 to 18 years of age and students 19 years of age and over with student cards,
(ii) $12 per person for adults 19 to 64 years of age, and
(iii) $11 per person for adults 65 years of age and over;
(e) with a corporate rate voucher, $12 per person for persons 6 years of age and over; and
(f) for a Fully Independent Traveller (FIT) entry, $12 per person for persons 6 years of age and over.
2(2)The fees for a single-day entry family pass for the Village Historique Acadien valid for up to two adults accompanied by youths 6 to 18 years of age are as follows:
(a) $42 from the opening date until the third Sunday in September;
(b) $21 from the third Monday in September until the closing date;
(c) $32 with a corporate rate voucher; and
(d) $32 for a Fully Independent Traveller (FIT) entry.
2(3)The fees for a season pass for admission to the Village Historique Acadien from the opening date to the closing date, are as follows:
(a) $44 for an individual pass valid for a person 6 to 64 years of age;
(b) $55 for a senior pass valid for an adult 65 years of age or over accompanied by one guest; and
(c) $77 for a family pass valid for up to two adults accompanied by youths 6 to 18 years of age.
2(4)The fee for a single-day admission to the Village Historique Acadien education program, les enfants du village, which includes a group photo, is $39.
Rental fees at the Village Historique Acadien
3The fee for renting a meeting room at the Village Historique Acadien is $125 per day.
Rates for the Château Albert Hotel
4The rates for rooms at the Château Albert Hotel are as follows:
(a) during the regular season, from July 1 to August 31, inclusive,
(i) $90.34 for a room with a private bathroom in the hallway, and
(ii) $158.14 for a room with a private bathroom in the room;
(b) during the off-season, from September 1 to June 30, inclusive,
(i) $79.04 for a room with a private bathroom in the hallway, and
(ii) $124.24 for a room with a private bathroom in the room;
(c) for ten rooms or more,
(i) $79.04 for a room with a private bathroom in the hallway, and
(ii) $124.24 for a room with a private bathroom in the room; and
(d) at the government rate,
(i) $79.04 for a room with a private bathroom in the hallway, and
(ii) $124.24 for a room with a private bathroom in the room.

5The fees and rates set out in this Regulation are tax inclusive.
