Section 4 of New Brunswick Regulation 97-133 under the Clean Air Act is repealed and the following is substituted:

Despite any other provision of this Part, if the sulphur dioxide (SO
2
) emissions released into the environment are less than 10 tonnes per year and the particulate matter (PM) emissions released into the environment are less than 10 tonnes per year, no approval is required for fuel burning equipment utilized solely for the purpose of generating heat or steam in which the fuel burned is No. 2 fuel oil, natural gas, propane, butane or wood.

Subparagraph 25(1)d)(i) of the French version of the Regulation is repealed and the following is substituted:
