REGULATION 2013-30

under the

Personal Health Information Privacy and Access Act

(O.C. 2013-91)

1Section 8 of New Brunswick Regulation 2010-112 under the Personal Health Information Privacy and Access Act is repealed and the following is substituted:

8The following Acts or provisions of Acts of the Legislature are prescribed for the purpose of paragraph 4(2)(b) of the Act:

(a) the Archives Act;

(b) the Family Income Security Act; and

(c) section 38.1 of the Vital Statistics Act.

2This Regulation comes into force on March 31, 2013.
