1The enacting clause of New Brunswick Regulation 91-68 under the Interprovincial Subpoena Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
Under section 9 of the Interprovincial Subpoena Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
2Section 1 of the French version of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Loi sur les subpoenae interprovinciaux” and substituting “Loi sur les subpoenas interprovinciaux”.
3Section 2 of the French version of the Regulation is amended in the definition « Loi » by striking out “Loi sur les subpoenae interprovinciaux” and substituting “Loi sur les subpoenas interprovinciaux”.
4Form 1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “(Interprovincial Subpoena Act, S.N.B. 1979, c.I-13.1, s.2(a))” and substituting “(Interprovincial Subpoena Act, R.S.N.B. 2011, c.180, s.2(a))”.
5Form 2 of the Regulation is amended
(a) by striking out “(Interprovincial Subpoena Act, S.N.B. 1979, c.I-13.1, s.5(1))” and substituting “(Interprovincial Subpoena Act, R.S.N.B. 2011, c.180, s.5(2))”;
(b) by striking out “Interprovincial Subpoena Act, chapter I-13.1 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1979” and substituting “Interprovincial Subpoena Act, chapter 180 of the Revised Statutes of New Brunswick, 2011”.
