1Schedule A of New Brunswick Regulation 84-105 under the Public Service Superannuation Act is amended
(a) by adding after
Chairman of each Regional Assessment Review Board and the full-time employees of such Boards
the following:
Collège communautaire du Nouveau-Brunswick (CCNB)
(b) by adding after
New Brunswick Advisory Council on Seniors, but only with respect to persons who are employed or engaged in full-time employment by the Council in accordance with section 13 of the New Brunswick Advisory Council on Seniors Act.

2Schedule B of the Regulation is amended
(a) by adding after
Board of Commissioners of Public Utilities
