1 Section 5.2 of New Brunswick Regulation 93-137 under the Civil Service Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
5.2The College Support Service Branch of the Department of Post-Secondary Education, Training and Labour and the New Brunswick College of Craft and Design and their Chief Administrative Officers are prescribed for the purposes of subsection 3.1(2.1) of the Act.
