1Section 4 of New Brunswick Regulation 2001-89 under the Assessment and Planning Appeal Board Act is amended
(a) in subsection (10)
(i) in paragraph (e) by striking out “Village of”;
(ii) in paragraph (g) by striking out “Village of”;
(b) in subsection (11)
(i) by repealing paragraph (e);
(ii) in paragraph (g) by striking out “Florenceville” and substituting “Florenceville-Bristol”.
