1Section 1 of New Brunswick Regulation 82-73 under the Judicature Act and the Provincial Offences Procedure Act is amended in the portion preceding paragraph (a)
(a) by striking out “73.2” and substituting “73.11”;
(b) by striking out “section 51 of the Summary Convictions Act” and substituting “section 147 of the Provincial Offences Procedure Act”.
COMMENCEMENT
2This Regulation comes into force on July 15, 2010.
