1Schedule A of New Brunswick Regulation 84-177 under the Boiler and Pressure Vessel Act is amended
(a) in section 2 by striking out “ANSI/NB 23-2004: National Board Inspection Code” and substituting “ANSI/NB 23-2007: National Board Inspection Code, Parts 1, 2 and 3”;
(b) in section 5 by adding after

the following:

(c) by repealing section 6 and substituting the following:
