REGULATION 2009-38

Medical Services Payment Act

Filed March 30, 2009
1Schedule 2 of New Brunswick Regulation 84-20 under the Medical Services Payment Act is amended by repealing paragraph (x) and substituting the following:
(x) bariatric surgery unless the person has a body mass index
(i) of 40 or greater, or
(ii) of 35 or greater but less than 40, as well as obesity-related comorbid conditions;
