REGULATION 2009-152

1Form 26 of New Brunswick Regulation 91-57 under the Provincial Offences Procedure Act is amended
(a) by striking out “ANY PEACE OFFICER IN THE PROVINCE OF NEW BRUNSWICK” and substituting “ANY PEACE OFFICER OR SHERIFF IN THE PROVINCE OF NEW BRUNSWICK”;
(b) by striking out “for any peace officer to convey” and substituting “for any peace officer or sheriff to convey”;
(c) by striking out “for any peace officer to arrest” and substituting “for any peace officer or sheriff to arrest”.
2Form 28 of the Regulation is amended
(a) by striking out “ANY PEACE OFFICER IN THE PROVINCE OF NEW BRUNSWICK” and substituting “ANY PEACE OFFICER OR SHERIFF IN THE PROVINCE OF NEW BRUNSWICK”;
(b) by striking out “for any peace officer to arrest” and substituting “for any peace officer or sheriff to arrest”.
3Form 43 of the Regulation is amended by adding immediately before the paragraph beginning with “The trial” the following:
(Delete if inapplicable.)
4This Regulation comes into force on December 1, 2009.
