(a) in subsection (2) by striking out “may be taken by a sound recording machine under the Recording of Evidence by Sound Recording Machine Act or in shorthand or by a stenographer appointed by the arbitrator” and substituting “may be recorded in accordance with the Recording of Evidence Act or by shorthand or by a stenographer appointed by the arbitrator”;

(b) in subsection (3) by striking out “, unless he or she is a Court Reporter,”.
