REGULATION 2008-149

Crown Lands and Forests Act

1Section 22 of New Brunswick Regulation 86-160 under the Crown Lands and Forests Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
22The rate of interest on any royalty, charge, penalty, sale price or rental authorized by the Act which is due and unpaid is 13.5% per year, compounded monthly.
2This Regulation comes into force on January 1, 2009.
