REGULATION 2008-142

Community Planning Act

1Section 2 of New Brunswick Regulation 84-291 under the Community Planning Act is amended
(a) in the English version in the definition “trailer” by striking out the period at the end of the definition and substituting a semicolon;
(b) by adding the following definition in alphabetical order:
“trailer camp” means a parcel of land, not in a mobile home park, which serves or is intended to serve as the location of two or more trailers for temporary residential purposes.
2Subsection 5(1) of the Regulation is amended
(a) by repealing subparagraph (a)(iii) and substituting the following:
(iii) in a trailer camp or a campground; or
(b) by repealing paragraph (b) and substituting the following:
(b) in the case of a trailer other than a mobile home, in a trailer camp or a campground.
3This Regulation comes into force on December 2, 2008.
