Under section 62 of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
Citation
1This Regulation may be cited as the Fees for the Provision of Mapping, Photographic and Other Services - Financial Administration Act.
Application
2The fees set out in this Regulation are the fees for mapping, photographic and other services by the Minister of Natural Resources.
Fees in relation to guides
3(1)The fee for providing a copy of the Southwest Miramichi River Angling and River Guide is $25.
3(2)The fee for providing a copy of a Department of Natural Resources fishing guide is $5.
Fees in relation to aerial photographs
4(1)The fee for providing a colour copy of an aerial photograph is $6.
4(2)The fee for providing a laminated copy of an aerial photograph is $2.
4(3)The fee for providing a scanned image of an aerial photograph is $10.
Fees in relation to land grants, grant plans and survey plans
5(1)The fee for providing a certified copy of a land grant, with or without the grant plan, is $15.
5(2)The fee for providing a copy of a land grant, with or without the grant plan, is $10.
5(3)The fee for providing a copy of a land grant from microfiche is $5.
5(4)The fee for providing a copy of a grant reference plan is $10.
5(5)The fee for providing a certified copy of a survey plan is $15.
5(6)The fee for providing a copy of an original survey plan is $10.
5(7)The fee for providing a copy of a survey plan from microfiche is $5.
Fees in relation to information from the digital resource inventory
6The fees for providing information from the digital resource inventory database are as follows:
(a)on a per tile basis,
  
(i)for a file of 2 or more layers of information or the forest layer,
  
(A)for each of the first 10

Fees in relation to maps
7(1)The fee for providing a special map basic product is $30.
7(2)The fee for providing a special map complex product is the programmer cost of creating the special map complex product.
7(3)The fee for providing each additional tile of a special map is $0.50 per tile multiplied by the number of layers of information.
7(4)The fee for providing an additional paper copy of a special map is $2 per metre.
7(5)The fee for providing an additional Mylar copy of a special map is $15 per metre.
7(6)The fee for providing a copy of a plotted forest inventory map is $10.
7(7)The fee for providing a copy of a New Brunswick provincial map is $10.
Miscellaneous fees
8(1)The fee for the use of the aerial photo and map library room, for between 15 minutes and 1/2 day, is $10.
8(2)The fee for providing an engineering copier copy of a map, grant or plan is $6.45 per square metre.
8(3)The fee for providing a hard copy of an orthophotograph of a map, grant or plan is $10.
8(4)The fee for providing postage and handling service is $3.
8(5)The fee for providing a black and white photocopy is $0.05 per copy.
8(6)The fee for providing a colour photocopy is $1 per copy.
