RÈGLEMENT DU
NOUVEAU-BRUNSWICK 2015-49
pris en vertu de la
Loi sur les produits naturels

1L’article 2 de la version anglaise du Règlement du Nouveau-Brunswick 2003-54 pris en vertu de la Loi sur les produits naturels est modifié à la définition « Board » par la suppression de « New Brunswick Egg Producers » et son remplacement par « Egg Farmers of New Brunswick ».
2L’article 7 de la version anglaise du Règlement est modifié
a) par l’abrogation du paragraphe (1) et son remplacement par :
7(1)The name of the Board is changed from the New Brunswick Egg Producers to the Egg Farmers of New Brunswick.
b) par l’abrogation du paragraphe (2) et son remplacement par :
7(2)A reference to the New Brunswick Egg Marketing Board or to the New Brunswick Egg Producers in any other regulation or in an Act, rule, order, by-law, agreement or other instrument or document is deemed to be a reference to the Egg Farmers of New Brunswick unless the context otherwise requires.
c) par l’abrogation du paragraphe (3) et son remplacement par :
7(3)An order, rule, by-law, resolution, decision, direction, determination or agreement made by the New Brunswick Egg Marketing Board or the New Brunswick Egg Producers is deemed to have been made by the Egg Farmers of New Brunswick and continues in force unless a succeeding order, rule, by-law, resolution, decision, direction, determination or agreement otherwise directs.
3Le présent règlement entre en vigueur le 1er octobre 2015.
