1Section 2 of the English version of New Brunswick Regulation 2003-54 under the Natural Products Act is amended in the definition “Board” by striking out “New Brunswick Egg Producers” and substituting “Egg Farmers of New Brunswick”.
2Section 7 of the English version of the Regulation is amended
(a) by repealing subsection (1) and substituting the following:
7(1)The name of the Board is changed from the New Brunswick Egg Producers to the Egg Farmers of New Brunswick.
(b) by repealing subsection (2) and substituting the following:
7(2)A reference to the New Brunswick Egg Marketing Board or to the New Brunswick Egg Producers in any other regulation or in an Act, rule, order, by-law, agreement or other instrument or document is deemed to be a reference to the Egg Farmers of New Brunswick unless the context otherwise requires.
(c) by repealing subsection (3) and substituting the following:
7(3)An order, rule, by-law, resolution, decision, direction, determination or agreement made by the New Brunswick Egg Marketing Board or the New Brunswick Egg Producers is deemed to have been made by the Egg Farmers of New Brunswick and continues in force unless a succeeding order, rule, by-law, resolution, decision, direction, determination or agreement otherwise directs.
3This Regulation comes into force on October 1, 2015.
