Order relieving reporting issuer
95On the application of a reporting issuer, the Commission may order, subject to such terms and conditions as it considers appropriate, that the reporting issuer is deemed to have ceased to be a reporting issuer if the Commission is satisfied that to do so would not be prejudicial to the public interest.
