Chair
8(1)The Chair shall be appointed by the Lieutenant-Governor in Council for a term not exceeding 5 years and may be reappointed.
8(2)The Chair is the chief executive officer of the Commission and shall perform the duties of the office on a full-time basis.
8(3)The Public Service Superannuation Act applies to the Chair.
8(4)Subject to the approval of the Commission, the Chair is eligible to participate in any employee benefit program established by the Board of Management.
