30(1)The fiscal year of the Commission ends on the thirty-first of March in each year.

30(2)Within 6 months after the end of the Commission’s fiscal year, the Commission shall, in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, prepare annual financial statements that present the financial position, financial performance and changes in the financial position of the Commission for its most recent fiscal year.
