Changes by Secretary of the Commission

201.1The Secretary of the Commission may make changes respecting form, style, numbering and typographical, clerical or reference errors in a rule without changing the substance of the rule before the earlier of
(a)
the date of the publication of the rule in accordance with paragraph 201(1)(
a); and
(b)
the date a copy of the rule is made available for public inspection under subsection 201(2).
